Returns and Refunds

Bespokegiftsgift is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to discuss a return or refund. We will work with you to resolve any issues and ensure your complete satisfaction.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted for orders that are defective, damaged during shipping, or do not match the specifications agreed upon at the time of order. Custom orders may have different return policies as specified during the ordering process.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Items that have been personalized, customized, or altered cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@bespokegiftsgift.cv with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for returning the items. All returns must be authorized by us before being sent back.

Please include a copy of your order confirmation or invoice with the returned items. Returns sent without authorization or proper documentation may not be processed.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.

If the return is approved, we will refund the full purchase price excluding shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error, in which case we will refund all costs including shipping.

Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (defective product, wrong item shipped, etc.), we will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom printed items, personalized products, items that have been used or damaged by the customer, and items returned after the specified return period are generally not eligible for return. Digital products and services are non-refundable once delivered.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the specified timeframe, please check your bank account again and contact your credit card company or bank. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us and we will investigate the matter.
